Basic charter costs are shown below, with additional option costs to be added as requested. Please give us a call and we can work with you on a firm quote. Our prices are very competitive.

Standard Prices (2 hr charter) - 52 ft Yacht - Up to 12 people

Charters incur a charge for additional hours @ $300/hr

Burials at Sea are a min of $500 for attended

Burial at Sea (unattended) $195

Advance reservations are appreciated, but we can often fit a charter in at the last minute, so give us a call.

Payment Policy

We require a 50% charter deposit with the rest due 2 weeks before the charter date. We accept the usual credit cards, checks and cash. Your credit card serves as a damage deposit, so remember, you are responsible for the conduct of your guests.

Cancellation Policy

By canceling 15 days before your scheduled charter you incur no penalty, except for a 5% administration fee.  Canceling less than 15 days in advance will cause you to incur a penalty of 50% of the yacht charter rate.  Canceling the day of the scheduled charter you will forfeit 100% of your charter fee.

Gratuities

Gratuities are appreciated, but we do not include them in your charter price for the smaller vessel. If you enjoy your charter please show the crew your appreciation..

Departure Points

We are located in America's Cup Harbor and usually depart from there.

We can also depart from other locations but most hotels charge a docking fee ($100-$200). We will also need to charge you a remote fee travel time of $100 - $200/hr

Rain/Storm Policy

The yacht is enclosed, so you will have a great charter even in the event of not perfect conditions - in the case of rain. If raining however you may cancel. In the case of storm conditions it may not be appropriate to go on the water and we may have to cancel.

In either case you can either reschedule or get a complete refund. This however is San Diego, so events such as these are very very rare.

If your event was to be catered the caterer will deliver food to your desired location.
